Our Vision

The 21st century has brought new challenges and threats to our world in the political, business, and religious arenas that have rapidly increased the church's attrition rate. At The ROCK, our vision is to meet these 21st century challenges head on! God has given the leadership of The ROCK World Outreach Intl. a vision of global Kingdom transformation that will take the Kingdom to the home, the marketplace, colleges and universities, the community, cyberspace, and the world.

The vision of The ROCK is built upon the foundation of every ROCK ministry - we are a Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, Community-building, Kingdom-minded ministry that desires to restore the Kingdom message and mission.

Our vision is to restore and reinforce the covenant of marriage through the launch of a Kingdom Institute of Marriage. Our vision is to train and educate Kingdom families on how to disciple their homes as they take the Kingdom to the home! As a Kingdom-minded ministry, our vision is to train 21st century cell groups in the home that will disciple new converts in the Kingdom culture. Our vision also involves raising the financial intelligence of Kingdom citizens, so that they become Kingdom stewards and possess the ability to live the abundant life, give to their ministry, and leave their children's children an inheritance.

Our vision is to reach a new generation of children, youth, and young people through fresh, impactful, and disciple-making ministry. Our vision is to train children and youth to be Kingdom ambassadors through focused and age appropriate Bible studies, entrepreneurial programs, and relevant ministry opportunities. We will host an annual youth and children summer retreat jamboree that will lead thousands of children and youth to the Lord between the ages of 4-14. Our vision also involves saturating both high school and college campuses with the Kingdom message through strategic alliances.

Our vision for the marketplace involves raising up Kingdom marketplace leaders who will transform their workplace as visible witnesses for the Kingdom of God, Our vision is to create neighborhood prayer groups that pray for their communities and reach out to their neighbors with the Kingdom message. Like the early church in the book of Acts, our vision is to develop a transformative prison ministry, a strategic clothing ministry to orphans worldwide. Our vision will provide miracle and deliverance services where the sick are healed and the lame walk through the power of the Kingdom!

Our vision is to identify and train a new regime of Kingdom men and women whom the hand of God is upon for 21st century Kingdom leadership in every level of government and apostolic ministry, as they take the Kingdom around the world. Our vision is to assist aspiring pastors and five-fold ministry leaders in planting churches and discovering their assignment in ministry. Our vision is to operate a world class online and on-campus Kingdom School of Ministry that will train both Kingdom leaders and serious Bible students in the Word of God through a Kingdom-based educational program that is both affordable and accessible.

Our vision approach involves the utilization of technology in evangelism in order to reach our 21st century cyber-generation and society with the Kingdom message. We will own our own 24-hour online streaming Kingdom network and Internet radio station that reaches every inhabitable continent in the world! Our vision demands that we build a ministry that serves a Kingdom prototype for churches that are transition into a 21st century Kingdom-minded ministry.

With the 221 acres of land that God has graciously given to us, we will build an international ministry center and a leadership retreat and conference center. We will also create for profit business developments that will assist our vision sustainability.
