TEAM Married Couples
At the ROCK, we believe that healthy marriages are instrumental in restoring Kingdom order in families. With this in mind, we take proactive steps to prevent marriages from reaching a state of crisis, and to revive those already in distress. TEAM will offer Kingdom couples with several opportunities to learn, grow, and fellowship with other couples, so that the backbone of our Kingdom community is strengthened and empowered.

Throughout the year, the Married Couples ministry hosts workshops, social events, and retreats specifically designed to entertain, educate, and inform while at the same time serving a much needed break and outlet from normal “family life.”

XTREME (Xtraordinary Through Reflecting and Embracing His Message Everyday) Adults (18-25)
Maintaining a solid walk with God while balancing your newfound independence, school, work, and friends etc. can be both exciting and challenging. For many young Christians, these discovery times often lead them to disconnect from church altogether. XTREME offers a way to stay connected to what really matters – being who God called you to be and serving Him to the XTREME! We do this through focused worship and fellowship of like-minded young men and women just like you.

Throughout the year, XTREME hosts several fun and interactive fellowship events specifically designed to entertain and encourage young believers, while at the same time serving as a fun outlet and break from the norm of traditional worship. In addition, XTREME is committed to enriching the spiritual lives of young adults through Bible studies and prayer groups.

THRIVE (Turning His Reflection Into a Victorious Experience) Adults (26+)
Career, health, relationships with people and God are all areas of life where young adults yearn to not simply exist, but to THRIVE. However, in the most critical area, our relationship with God, thriving requires a sustained life change – a change which happens best in the context of community.

THRIVE is an environment where young adults can build authentic friendships and get connected. THRIVE offers opportunities for single adults to learn, grow, and fellowship through seminars, Bible studies, prayer groups, and social activities.
